Christine Kamunchuluh

Corporate Law

Since August 2019, Christine has worked as Senior Manager, International Development, for the global law firm DLA Piper, with a focus on their 18 (+2) Africa member firms.

Christine started her 15 year working career with a multi-national shipping conglomerate before moving back to the legal industry. During this time, she has worked in various operational management roles across 3 countries; Kenya, United Kingdom and the Netherlands. Through most of her career, Christine has held roles that work across several African countries something she enjoys and finds fulfilling as they give her the opportunity to ‘build back better’.

She is now keen to get involved in projects that continue to provide her with an opportunity to work with the youth by helping them explore opportunities that place them in the best position for their future.

Christine holds an MSC in Business Management from the University of Wales and an LL. B from the University of Nairobi. She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya although non-practising.

Other than being a very proud mum to her son, Christine also enjoys travelling both for business and leisure for cultural enrichment. She has been to 39 countries, over 60 cities and is still counting! She maintains that there is no place like home and so Kenya remains at the top of her travel list.
