Duncan Bagshaw

I am a Barrister and a partner at the law firm Howard Kennedy, based in London. I specialise in resolving international commercial disputes.

I have worked and lived in Africa and handled many cases related to Kenya, including representing Kenyan business and government agencies.

Outside of work I have been lucky to visit Kenya several times and I am a member of the board of the charity Nyumbani UK, which supports schools in Kenya for orphaned children. I have also done some fundraising for Rhino Ark, a charity which fences wilderness areas in Kenya to protect both the wildlife and biosphere inside, and the farmers outside.
